WORST SERVICE EVER ELDO COACHES

I booked a ticket yesterday from Midrand to Kokstad. Arrival time was 03:40 but at this time I'm still in Harrismith now waiting for what I don't know. I don't know what time I will be in Kokstad. They don't bother to send us an apology at least. I have to take an emergency leave. We are hungry here, there are kids and old age people here.
