Worst service ever: ELDO COACHES

This has to be one of the worst experiences. My brother and his 4 year old daughter left Uitenhage yesterday 22/12/2022 at 18h30 travelling to Midrand. At this hour (21h30) on the 23rd they have still not arrived at their destination. No one seems to know where the bus is from Eldo. I have been calling their office since 9h00 this morning and was told the bus had delays due to mechanical issues but at the time it was said to on the road just passing Bloemfontein. When I last called their offices again the bus was said to be about 2hours to Midrand (that was about 14h00) having just survived another mechanical issue. I called again 21h15 because I am worried about my brother and my niece, once again no direction as to where this bus is. I cannot call my brother because he does not have a phone at the moment. I cannot even begin to explain the emotional turmoil I'm in at this stage
