Worst service ever

We were suppose to depart yesterday around 17:20, bus got at the station late when we got to queenstown around 21:00 the bus stuck till 06:00am the following day I requested that the driver arrange we get a letter from them so that at least at work they could see we had a mechanical breakdown they refused me, they offered no apology nor food for the journey as it was not our fault the bus got stuck they did not communicate openly appealing service ever.
