Worst service ever!

Your service is really bad. Our departure time on Monday the 4th October the bus was late plus the toilet was not working, we were traveling with kids so how do you tell a child to "keep it in" until we arrive at the next stop? The aircons were not working so everyone was overheating in the bus the entire way. Today returning to Johannesburg with your bus and still the toilet and air aircon isn't working then worst of all we are stuck in the middle of nowhere the driver says the bus has some problem. Fix your buses! We pay full price to receive this nonsensical service.
