Worst service ever

Good day Been waiting for a bus since 7:30, it's 10:15, no sign of an eldo coaches bus, only received an sms saying "there's a delay" like we can't see that, worst service, never again booking with you guys, pathetic. How am I supposed to complete my work for today?
