Worst service and trip ever

Worst experience ever on the 5th of November was traveling to Durban from Pretoria I had booked the bus ticket from eldo coaches it was supposed to board from 6 am and arrive at durban at 15H25 and mind you I was traveling with my 3 month old baby and my mother we arrived at the bus station 30 mins before n we waited outside for like 45 minutes no one said anything about the bus being late and when it finally arrived we got in and left when we arrived at park station we were told our was coming but it took another good 45 minutes or more waiting outside with my baby it was a cold day eventually when the bus we were waiting for arrived getting in was a mission there was no order people were pushing each other to go inside the bus because we were not sure if all of us will fit the lady working for eldo was super rude did not care it was chaotic after all of that we took off and guess what I c a hole inside the bus I guess it was supposed to be an conditioner bt no one cared I can't blv I paid to travel in a bus with a hole inside with my little I would never recommend anyone to travel with eldo coaches
