Worst service

<p>I took a bus from East london to Cape Town,when we got to Bellville station the drivers refused to open the luggage cage that had my bag they told me they will open when they get to Cpt,they pushed me i fell and hurt my arm and lost my fone from all of this.I still have not received my luggage.</p>
