WORST LONG DISTANCE BUSES

Worst long distance bus service ever,do not use Eldo coaches...at first upon trying to correct my booking which miraculously changed after payment by trying their call centre holding on for 45 minutes eventually giving up,whatsapping them still waiting for a response 4 days later...emailing them still waiting for a response 4 days later this has been the most horrible experience.buses does not pick up nor drop off on their indicated times coming and going back...waited for 1 hour and 30 mins for the bus coming back.upon boarding the bus we couldnt find seats,,,the bus was dark...upon asking the driver for our 5 seats he gave us an attitude and told us he counted 5 seats expecting us to find those seats in a dark bus...we were suppose to arrive at 04.45 but got off at 6:45 ...at one of the breaking points whilst passengers were outside stretching driver got on started the bus and drove forward and as passengers ran and got in he shouted at them.i wouldnt recommend using their services...the seats are broken....the toilets are filthy and not working...the bus smells like a public toilet ...the charging points not working...the drive is the most noisy and uncomfortable...
