Worst experience from Eldo coaches

Worst service ever 😡😡 First of all the bus was 20 minutes late. To top it up we walk into a smelling bus, the toilet was stinking. We went to Joburg and we were requested to swap buses and go into another bus. Clearly they don't do service check on their buses and now this bus is stuck here in Heidelberg. The driver didn't even notify us that the bus has a breakdown, he just went to sit outside. We've been stuck here for 2 hours and no feedback is given to us. First time using this bus and this is by far the worst experience ever. We've been calling and no answer from the office. At 01:45 it still says they have high call volume. Texted them on WhatsApp and no response. Ticker number ACCF6D01
