Worst customer service ever

Poor service. Booked with them for 01h00, an hour later we still waiting. They do not bother to send an sms that they will be laye and for how long. I called all the numbers on their webside to no avail, they have a whatsapp help line - no response, then another bus from eldo going another direction stops here and the driver refuses to help me contact their jelp line or control office to ask jow far is the bus he tells me to be patient. Worst service.
