Worst Customer Experience Ever

We have not left JHB, this is really pathetic customer service from Eldo's. Bus was supposed to leave Park Station at 9pm to DBN, we are about to leave at 11pm. Nothing works in here, toilet / aircon / lights etc.. but we are not allowed to cancel or a refund. This is my last time using this bus. Guys are adding people on the bus with no tickets. Just *******. I took this bus as the time worked oit for me to get to work tomorrow but since its 2 hours late i guess i am going to be late at work but hey thats not yoyr problem Eldo's as long asyou get to keep our momey. This is the worst customer experience i have ever had with any company.
