Worst Company Ever

Horrific customer service levels!!! I have submitted by documents for a refund over a month and 17 days ago and still no response. The last call center agent gave me a false email address when i requested the details of the supervisor.

I have sent follow up email which no one replies to. I have called numerous times and no one can give me a straight answer.
