Worst client service ever

Worst service ever... First time using this bus and would never recommend it to anyone. I'm sitting in the bus feeling like they doing us a favor by transporting us, both the drivers are rude to the customers.. We traveling from Mthatha to Johannesburg, it's a cold evening, driver has the fan on when we request for the fan to be off or for him to switch on the heater, driver is arrogant telling us ppl were complaining that it's too hot, question is which people coz the bus only left at 4:30pm no heater at all.... When the drivers stop at a rest place, their tone nd approach when informing passengers that we can go for a break, ud swear they talking to pre school kids, no professionalism at all, no manner of approach or good client service... The driver couldn't even inform passengers in a proper way that they do not have chargers, he yelled out "this bus doesn't have charging pins" rudly soo.... I will never use this bus again, it was definetly my first and last time....
