WORST BUS SERVICE EVER

Eldo coaches really does not take us seriously as customers..all I want is my refund. We we stuck in Johannesburg for mor than 5 hours in the cold. No communication from the employees . They service is the worst I have experienced and this is the third time it is happening with their faulty bus and never being on time. ELDO COACHES MUST BE SHUT DOWN AND WILL COME BACK WHEN THEY HAVE SORTED THEIR BUSES !!!!!
