Worst bus experience ever

The worst experience ever!! I booked a bus for the 14th August 6pm to Cape Town and we were put in line to board. There were so many lines which were going different routes and they were busy checking them in. The bus for Capetown was delayed and we were eventually checked in but we were put on the wrong bus which was 7pm. The lady who was checking the tickets at parkstation is very unprofessional and very slow. We were told to remove our heavy bags from the wrong bus, to the next one. After moving our bags, now they only check list when entering the bus which takes more time and weather was very cold in Joburg. The bus was full and the seat were small, they don't cater enough for people with babies or even people who have a bigger structure. In the bus the driver got lost in the middle of the road and we had to take a long route back to where he thinks he remembers.... The bus was very hot and the heat was nauseating and all of a sudden it becomes very cold..... Ai I don't recommend this bus service to anyone... It's cheap but the cheapness come to such service....
