Worst bus ever

Worst service ever in the bus industry. Time 22:00, date 04/10/2022. I am still at park station waiting for the bus that was supposed to depart by 18:00. No updates, no nothing. I have an operation which was done by July I'm not coping at all. The waiting is killing me and I am already feeling cold. This bus do not care about people's well being.
