WORST BUS EVER...

We travelled from durban beachfront to Pretoria station.. Worst travel ever. Firstly we were told that we will have to change busses at the durban station,which we were still okay with doing,however the staff were rude,they talk amongst themselves and did not assist us.on the bus the USB ports do not work ,yet we were on the superior luxury bus,that was still manageable.

Out main problem arises when we arrive in jhb. At the jhb station we are told to jump off and take another bus,we took our luggage and got on the bus,my daughter who is young had to sit 5 rows away from me due to no space (in today's time it's not save to be seated away ,that's the reason we choose to sit at the starting point so we always together)my husband and I barely found a seat and the driver began driving,I found a seat but my husband and another guy had to stand till midrand.Totally not Safe,Eldo coaches puts the live of passengers at risk.

Lastly we tried lodging a complain,we watsapp ,phoned them thrice on the first call we waited 35min and got disconnected, on the 2nd call we waited 40min and than we cut it off,yet it kept saying "you number one in the queue, ,your call will be answered shortly but to no success and on the 3rd try of waiting 25min with no success.

IT'S sad to see a reputable company having no consideration for clients.
