WORST BUS EVER!!!!

Took a bus from DBN to Joburg on Sunday 10 October 2020. What was meant to be a 11am bus ended up being a 12pm bus. None the less, we boarded the bus. As soon as we drove out the station, the bus had issues, seated directly behind the driver I could hear him making phone calls and being told to circle around a bit and the bus would be fine. We circled around Sasol garage and back to the station 3 times before the bus was "Fine". The driver proceeded tp drive the very same bus. Right after the Mooi-River toll gate, the bus broke down and came to a stand still. We were told a mechanic was coming to fix it and we ought to stay put, 3 hours later the mechanic arrived and could not fix the bus, then we were told another bus is coming from DBN station for us. After spending 5 hours on the side of the road, with no food, water or toilets nearby there was still no bus. I had to arrange for someone to pick me up, and I left the bus and all the other passengers still waiting for a bus at 5:47pm.
