Worst Bus drivers ever!!

I hate having to be late waiting for a bus to arrive and yet they don't redress and tell us what's happening!! Eldo bus is ***!! And their driver's are the worst assholes. Thier customers service is useless and I've been calling all night since I was at the Kimberley bus terminal since 19:30HR and I set there for hours and the bus came at 01:00 which was suppose to leave at 20HR and arrive in Worcester this morning at 05:20. Furious🤬 they did not want to refund me since I wanted to cancel the bus. Trash bus service with no human courtesy.
