WORST BUS COMPANY

Eldo coaches truly doesn’t care about one’s life. The bus from Durban to Johannesburg was firstly an hour late for pick up. Secondly air conditioning isn’t working and there aren’t any windows meaning there’s no air ventilation even during these covid times. Thirdly the bus got stuck at 10 pm and we were told to wait for a mechanic who only pitched at 1am only to let us know that there’s nothing he can do about the problem and the “managers” were contacted and all they said was that there aren’t any backup buses therefore we will have to wait for a bus to deliver from Johannesburg to Durban then only will we have a bus come to the area. I’m currently typing this at 6:30 am and there has been no communication, there’s no other bus that has come through so basically we don’t have any alternative. There are women traveling with children and that isn’t cared for. People have commitments to get to and there isn’t even a bone of apology from anyone. The driver even added that he’s gotten stuck more than three times this week and they don’t want to pay for bus servicing. We need to get reimbursed for all this trouble as we basically spent the whole night in the middle of nowhere and might spend the day as well.
