Worse Service ever from Eldo Coach

We are at our departure point at Mthatha waiting for a bus that was supposed to be here at14:05. They sent an sms at 14:00 reporting that there is a delay. Since then nothing has been, no sign of a bus, we are left here stranded. We try to call their office and they are all close. Have no Idea what to do or wherether the bus is coming or not.
