Worse Service ever

I went to park station today to see my boys off, they going to Richardsbay. the bus was suppose to leave at 08:00, 09:20 there was no still no bus, no employees of the company , Eldos Coaches advise us what is happening . i even went to office to query what is going on, they are the worse people ever to deal with. USELESS, they couldn't even give a proper answer or give feedback to the clients, even the security guys at Park Station knows about this bad service, even calling their client services department is a nightmare.
