Worse service

If you ever need to book a bus to Durban from Jhb or the other way around, don't ever book eldo couches. Worse customer service, no communication whatsoever,their buses brakes in the middle of the journey clearly they are not being serviced. I'm soo frustrated that my husband and I booked return bus tickets, at this point I would like to get my money back.

We booked a bus that was scheduled for 9pm from Jhb to dbn for the 10/09/2021. The bus arrived around 23:00pm, the driver checked tickets and found that 2guys did not have tickets and they claimed that they gave the other driver money to travel and he left them, so he tried to solve that problem of these 2guys till 00:00 soo he ended up chasing 1guy out and 1was left in the bus.

We left, along the way we found one of their double decker couches broken, we took some of the passengers and filled out the empty chairs, we got to Mentross the driver refused to go because he remembered there was a guy who did not pay "mind you he did not chase him out like the other guy I spoke about earlier " he called the police and it was a big thing, they took some statements ect ect, we left after another hour or so, when we got to PMB our couches broke and we had to taxis from pmb to dbn.

I don't even know how will I get my money back because I don't want to return to Jhb with this bus tomorrow 12/09/2021

Worse service, with a whole lot of disrespect for passengers
