Worse bus service ever

This bus should not be travelling on long distance roads at all. People's lives are at risk as they are not servicing these buses properly. So *********** & the worst service ever. Never answer messages, not even an apology or mention of being compensated. They obviously do not care about their customers. It's almost 3 weeks & still no answers where people were stuck in this bus for hours coming from Kimberley to Jhb. We had to make alternative arrangements for family members to be fetched. This needs to go onto Carte Blanche.
