WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

Booked a bus to DURBAN 16/10/2020 @20:00 but the bus only left at 20h30 because they probably overbooked as usual,because the other bus left at 20h00,what worse is the bus is old, dirty and toilet is dirty and not flushing light not all working inside,air-conditioner works on and off, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, NOT FEELING SAFE AT ALL ON THIS BUS, HOPEFULLY BY GOD'S GRACE WE WILL ARRIVE ALIVE.....
