What a disappointment 😞 😪

I had the worst experience on the 16 July 2022, taking a bus from Cape town to Johannesburg. They had over booked the 6pm bus. Firstly they instructed us to stand on the line which we did then other people decided that they were not going to stand on the line and they failed to control those people that It almost lead to a stampede and 2 ladies changed words and pushed each other that I personally felt that I do not deserve to be pushed around where else I made a booking on time that I stood aside and watched. They decided to call only the school children first to enter the bus and also those adults fighting each other. A supervisor by the name of ernestene came and told us that they have prepared a second bus for us which is going to be a greyhound. A shuttle picked us up and took us Bellville where we found other passengers waiting for the same second bus. We were told to just stand there and that our bus is coming and when we pushed for answers we were told that the greyhound can no longer take us to JHB we have to wait for a hired bus. Kept receiving sms messages saying that expect bus and when we enquired with the lady there she told us that SAlfreds are still looking for a bus driver. Continued waiting until pass 9pm when the hired bus arrived. It was really a disappointment especially because I was pretty impressed when I used it the first time but what I experienced today was the worst. Even the stops that the bus stops at they are not really stops that a person can get a meal and feel safe to eat it. As I type I am starving that I decided that I will endure until I arrive home as it is a Sunday and park station route to bree taxi rank is not safe and I do not want to delay myself. To add the cherry on top the bus dropped us outside parkstation where is not safe but we decided to walk in groups to enter park Station and depart to our different destinations. I opted to take a rea bus home as it is Close by but that has added additional costs as I have to take the bus and a local taxi home. It is a Sunday and being a female In South Africa walking in the streets of joburg is danger on its on. I was supposed to have arrived at 12am.
