What a delay! This is insane!!!!!!!!

What a poor customer service!!! The bus from Johannesburg to Durban that was meant to depart at 07:30 hasn’t arrived to pick the passengers up at this time! It is now 09:20 and we are foreseeing a further delay at this point! They are not even giving the passengers and estimate of the time that the bus is meant to come here!! We have been standing for 2 hrs straight and at this point it will be even more hours! What is this really??

Is this how you guys treat your customers? Everyone is now sitting down on their suitcases and bags because their feet have become painful from all this standing!!

You need to do better honestly!!! Never no more booking this bus! The service is horrific! Refund the people! Do right with us!!!
