We're left stranded at Montrose for 5 hours

An Eldo couch bus broke down...that's ok, it happens but now we've been stranded here since 1 am. We're not recieving feedback if there's a bus coming or not. And I just asked the driver and he insulted me. No, literally, he told me not to ask him nonsense. This is how Eldo treats their customers?
