Waiting for refund since November 27 2022

Hi

I am not happy with eldos services, I bought a ticket last year nov and requested a refund on 27 no 2022, I've sent the required docs to this day no response, their call center isn't answering the lines for refunds, and they keep on the line till and gets cut..i am so frustrated
