WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE MARCH

In March, I booked with them and later decided against travelling so I called them for hours and they send me forms to fill so I can get my refund. I sent everything and still today(19 Oct 2022) I'm never gotten anything. I called in May and they said they have a payment backlog of 3months. I called again last month and all the agent could do was "Escalate". Today, I've been calling but none of their number work: *** | *** | ***
