WAITED FOR THREE HOURS FOR THE BUS TO ARRIVE

Last night - 25/02/2015 - we had booked a bus ticket from Jhb to Dbn for 21:25 - we arrived 45 minutes before the bus arrival time as we were requested to do. We had waited for the bus from 20:30 to midnight in the cold, darkness , without a single call from Eldos coaches to notify us of the delay / cancellation. We had tried to call after the first hour - we tried every possible number provided for Eldo's coaches and not a single person had picked up a single call - what is the purpose of stating that there are these platforms fro enquiries and then not have any one available to assist you. We were extremely tired and frustrated and this was shared with other passengers that were waiting for the same Eldos bus - this was actually a trip for the passing away of my sister... we were all so stressed , frustrated, angry, disappointed and were left helpless there with no form of communication from Eldos coaches - how do they even run such an unprofessional business, with total disregard to their patrons - no consideration for any communication or punctuality whatsoever. Totally disgruntled-Also impacted on friends and family that had to wait & still attend work in a few hours -
