Very Dissapointed
I booked Eldo coaches from King Williams Town to Bellville (Cape Town). I booked the ticket online. I called Eldo coaches and informed the consultant I was speaking with over the phone that I will depart from Engen garage in King Williams Town and they confirmed and reminded me that I must have my reference number in hand. I was at Engen garage as from 17:00 but when the time came at 18:30 Eldo did not stop they drove straight. I tried calling your numbers and non-went through. I'm very disappointed and I had to hike at night to Grahams town so that I can catch a bus
