Very discussed with bus service

If i could give a minus review I would, had the worse experience ever. Booked a bus for 06/04/2023 19H30. to Durban 1.Firstly the bus did not leave on time left 2 hours late 2.They had hired some shady bus due to over booking people, that bus was so horrific. the seat I was sitting in was broken 3.The toilet was not working worse every time the bus moved a funny smell came from the toilet and it stank the whole bus. 4.Police stopped the bus and to find out the permit was expired, we sat there for more than an hour before we eventually left. With such an experience I would never recommend this bus services at all, how can they book another bus coach where as we booked for an Eldo Coach. They are so unprofessional
