Very disappointed

On the 1 August 2021 myself and 6 members of my family we where traveling from Colsberg to Uitenhage our traveling time was 01:50am on the ticket but the was a delay with the bus and it then arrived at 04:00am on same date.

However during our traveling my bag was lost,the Bus drivers tried to explain to us on our arrival what took place with regards to the reason of loosing my bag. While traveling they got a call from Passing by ambulance who saw the trailer that was being pulled by our bus was open. It happened during that course of that time my bag did fall from the moving trailer.

I've took both drivers details upon arrival on my destination and gave them mine. We reported the incident at the branch in Uitenhage,however we where told to make a call to their offices and ask for Lloyd.

Until today I've not received any calls or feed back from the company even when I've send an email on the 2nd. I really need help I've lost alot of valuable things inside my bag.
