very bad service from eldo coaches head office

Today I tried cancelling my ticket which was booked for Friday. no answer at all from the call centre since 08:00 am up until 11:00 am. I then decided to contact the head office on ***. the receptionist was highly impatient with me and put the call through to the call centre again. still with no luck I call the head office back again. this time she wouldn't answer I tried for more than 5times, then I tried using another number and there she picks up. she was purposely ignoring my calls because she could see my number. I asked to speak to the manger she puts the call through but no answer, I called back no answer. eldo coaches do you guys know about client services and how to pick up a ringing phone, or do you just no care? this is utter disrespect to someone who has been very loyal since you guys started.
