very bad and traumatic expirience at Eldo coaches

I Makhosandile Gicinisa what a bad and frustrating service it is actually beyond, on the 8th of February 2022 bought was supposed to travel to queens town bought the ticket from the selling point 9437 and the service number EC3601 REFERENCE NUMBER: ACAL3R01 got to the Monument shell garage on time and the bus was supposed to arrive at 18:35 stood the until 10 o'clock at night and tried to call the help desk and number showing on the ticket but to no availability. they bus didn't arrive at all and I received a message that read"ELDO COACHES has collaborated with GREYHOUND and two GREYHOUND buses arrived while i was there and said they were not going to QUEENSTOWN.

the next day I went to Bellville to their offices and the lady said it was not their problem i should have took citiliner Bus which was never even mentioned to me, she called her manager(Eldo coaches) and the manager refused to speak to me and said i send her an email to this email *** which diddnt go through.

it is very sad that i have no money to travel home and no assistance has been provided until now. my expirience is very bad and traumatic
