I have received the most repulsive services from this bus line. 1stly their online system says my payment transaction failed while the system took the money from my account. I went to make a payment with a reference number the very same system gave me and now I have made a double payment. The call Centre with her disgusting attitude refused to take responsibility blaming myself and my bank while it it their very system doing me wrong. I would never tell anyone to use this bus line. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTNG AND DISGUSTING
