Useless service from Eldo couches

I returned a ticket in January the 5th cz of floods back home and I’ve been treated rudely by Eldo staff when I call and ask a huge company that charges 500 for tickets to East London and imagine they’re buses are always full but can’t simply pay a refund of 380...anyone with information on how to sue such company please let me know as they have rude people who work for them. They dnt appreciate people...if I had a Twitter account I would tag Mbalula and shine a light because families are suffering while they give themselves bonuses over millions.
