Useless Eldo Coaches

I booked a ticket 🎟 from Idutywa to Johannesburg as you can see on attachment. I got message last minute this morning to go to Mthatha Ultra city and I did and we are stranded here with a few passangers the bus is not showing up and there is no communication or whatsoever and Mthatha Ultra City is dogy we are not safe.
