Useless Comm

What a horrible service this company has. Since when do you change change your bus schedules and not notify the customers?? Because of this lack of communication my sister is now stranded in Belvile Cape Town without any mode of transportation. She can't even uber home because of the curfew in place. Your staff are *********** as always and had no interest in helping out or find a solution for this mess. If this is how you conduct your business, then you're shameful.
