U***NTON ELDO COACHES BRANCH MUST DO BETTER!!!

My sister was suppose to board a bus from Upington to Johannesburg, scheduled time was 18H00. The bus only arrived at 00h00. the management could not say or explain to the passengers as to what the hold up was, they also got rude and short with the passengers. this is very unacceptable. Rather close down the Upington branch or do BETTER! because we pay to be treated like such!
