Unsatisfied Passenger

Good day I travelled with Eldo Coaches on the 11th of October to Pretoria to visit my daughter to help her as she was in labour....well my bus trip was a total nightmare... The bus got stuck outside colesberg for 9 hours..this was from 12h47am... The water pipe had shot loose... The mechanic came out and fixed it after struggling for several hours... We took off drive until Bloemfontein...stopped over and was enjoying the ride when the bus just stalled again... This time outside Bloemfontein...the oil was leaking there was no water.... Well we waited from after 1 again ...calls were made to the call centre where empty promises were made that they would dispatch another bus to us... Well the mechanic only arrived at 4 saying that he was oy told to come out at 3h50pm... Owe were hungry and thirsty as all our food was finished by then .. we were told that the bus had to be fixed... They informed us that a bus will be coming to fetch us in 4-5hours time. Well a bus came and dropped us at venters Dorp..this was +-9pm now... We waited and waited... Another 5 hours to Johannesburg.We managed to get to the Parktown station whereby we as passengers went to the office to report our experience and make them aware of it .we were told to come back in the morning because there was no manager on duty... To crown it all we were told that the bus could not go any further because yet again it was leaking oil and smoking terribly..may I add that it was the same bus that was fixed in Bloemfontein that they sent to pick us up in Ventersdorp ... I had to contact my sister that live in Johannesburg to pick me up at 1h30am.... This is after being 16-+ hours on the road with the bus being stuck ..if this is not negligence on Eldo's part then I don't know ..they have a fine print on the. Us ticket that you are not told about when you purchase the ticket saying that they are not liable to refund for any breakdowns ...what the heck

Needless to say but I have to mention that there were several passengers that lost their flights, funerals, weddings that had to be attended...some passengers found alternate transport and others decided to hike ..the lady at Parktown station confirmed this .. I need a full refund as well as a ticket back home . I spent a extra day on the road due to your unserviced busses... Eldo even promised to send us food but did not keep their word All empty promises from the ppl at the call centre Carte Blanche and the Devi Show will be contacted regarding this .. How they can still be operating is a big question mark... Minister of Transport you have to investigate and look into this ASAP
