Unsatisfactory Service

I booked the bus for 14:45 from Potchefstroom to Cape Town for two people traveling on the 4th of October. We got an SMS at 14:00 to say the bus would be delayed, It was 3 hours late. It doesn't end there, it broke down a few times on the road with smoke coming out of the front wheels, the driver told us upon arrival that he doesn't have a heater, aircon, reading lights and charging points, he can only provide a toilet. Imagine a service like this after paying R750pp for the trip.

In Worcester, in broke down again and this time, we were supposed to wait for a bus coming from somewhere else to pick us up.

My biggest problem is thst, if I wanted a late arrival, I would have booked a late bus but I booked an early bus because I wanted to arrive early.

As I write this, I am still waiting for the other bus that is supposed to fetch us from here, my appointments are delayed because Eldo Coaches is *********** as a travel and transportation service.

I would like my full refund please.
