Unreliable bus services

To Whom It May Concern

We booked 2 tickets for my partners two sons to come down to Cape Town from Bloemfontein.

They had to board the bus 17:20. It is 19:31 they are still waiting. No info are given to their mom or the kids they need to go ask and are being told the bus is on its way no reason for why bus is late. We are first time users of this coach service and for sure the last. Next time we will use a much more reliable bus service.
