Unrelaible Bus Services

I cancelled 5 tickets on 20 December 2022 submitted all my documents for a refund I was told it takes about three months. I have been calling them since February and they always had an excuse, their office is closed in Kimberley and their phone numbers is not working ***, ***, ***) they don't even respond to their emails. What am i to do cause its over R2000 that they must refund me...
