Unprofessional service/ damaged goods/bad attitude

I was meaning to write this complaint a while ago to Eldos coaches and they have been the bus service that I have used before and at many occasions and each and every time the bus is always late.I would like to lay a complaint with the service we received Yesterday from Eldos Coaches. My children been using this bus service four times for the month September and keep in mind the kids ages is 14 and 11 years old. Every time the service is pathetic. On the 23 September 2015 I sent my kids on the bus was with the 21h00 bus but the bus arrived at 23h00 for children to be waiting for a 2 hours and that time of the evening is really ridiculous. All other times the bus has been late. Yesterday 11 October 2015, we waiting for the 11h00 bus and no one had the decency to inform us there was a breakdown with one of the Eldos coaches buses. They wanted the children to travel in a bus called Maharaj coaches, the bus is as old as my grandmother's big toe no air con, no toilet facilities and no TV as well. Imagine if the children want to use toilet facilities, what do they do in that case? How can they even allow a bus like that to be used for a long distant trip? When we approached the staff the
