Unprofessional And dont take Customers service

This People dont take their clients serious I book a bus for 17:00 from Pretorial to cape town Bus came late And left JHB @ 19:30

30 mins later when we are at the fordt tailgate they tell us they dont have Toll gate Card now as I'm writing this we are waiting for another time for someone to bring Toll gate card what nonsense is this

I really encourage people not to book his bus services they dont care their customers service is so poor.
