Unhappy commuter

This is the content of my email to Eldo couches:

I wish to lodge a serious complaint though I know Eldos is known not to resolve customer queries amicably, I boarded a bus from Durban beach at 19h15 to Johannesburg 10th Sept. As usual the bus went to Durban station to pick up more passengers, my ticket was checked on boarding at the beach by the driver and at Durban station by a lady conductor, at no point it was mentioned that this bus will not go to Joburg park station, yet it went straight to Pretoria station instead of Jhb. For me this is a huge inconvenience as it means paying extra R50 to get on a taxi to Jhb and be late for work because as I'm writing this email I'm alone in an 18 seater mini bus which clearly means will possibly leave after 5am. Whose fault is it that your bus went straight to Pretoria, I'm very angry and disappointed, I had a reason for choosing a 19h15 bus so that I can be in Jhb by 4h00 to be picked. instead your driver arrived in Pretoria station at 3h58.

Sunday morning the 5th Sept was the first drama and bad experience I had with your bad service, when I traveled with your 7h30am bus from Jhb to Durban, the aircon was not working properly it was generating excessive heat only and could not be controlled yet your driver went on with the trip, we were subjected to excessive heat no apology or explanation whatsoever yet he knew beforehand, the worst he was stopped in Harrismith by cops,, these cops allowed him to proceed yet they asked him about the heat. The roof ventilators could not help to reduce the heat, I had palpitations fortunately we were already in Durban I managed to cool down. I'm very disappointed with Eldos coach, I thought they were doing things right but I was wrong.

I hope they resolve my query and reimburse my whole ticket or a portion of it, I'm a frequent traveler I've been using them more than other bus services. I hope they don't push me to take further steps and stop using them.

its Monday afternoon already, no one has contacted me, I knew they don't take commuters seriously.
