Uncommunicated three hour delay

I booked a bus from Johannesburg that was supposed to depart at 7:30 am now the time is 10:25 and the bus is no where to be found, all they tell us as the passengers are stories. I called the call center and they pretend to be unaware of the delay and they put me on hold for over five minutes with no feedback. I am very displeased with ELDO Coaches, worst transport service ever...
