Uncomfortable and filthy

I travelled to Durban from Secunda and then from Durban to Secunda with Eldo Coaches. Going to Durban was managable just that the bus itself was dirty, had ****roachs crawling on the sides of the seats and on the windows which I only saw half way through my trip, I felt totally disgusted and worried if any ****roaches had crawled on me while I was asleep when I looked at the side of the seat there had been dirt and sticky substances with alot of grim. On my way back from Durban was even worst the bus was very stuffy, the drivers could not stop talking loudly to each other the entire trip and they had loud roudy music playing nonstop. I felt so sick after that trip and said never will I travel like that again. Eldo Coaches really needs to do something to improve their services. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend travelling with Eldo coaches. I just feel sorry for the desperate people who really need to use the Eldos bus since Greyhound or other buses are not operating. It's sad that Eldo Coaches has no interest especially when it comes to their hygiene and the comfort of their passengers. There is a virus around the world called corona virus and people are dieing from it, I really don't think the health inspectors will agree the Eldos poor hygiene and there was no sanitizing done or tempreature checking.
